14-Day Return Policy (Limited for Hygiene Reasons)
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all protective seals intact.
- We cannot accept returns for used, opened, or worn earbuds due to hygiene concerns.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at support@babelaibuds.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used earbuds.
- Items missing protective seals or packaging.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Custom or personalized items.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to hygiene policies. If your product is defective, you may request a return, and upon approval, you may place a new order for a replacement.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. You will need to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
